Hi there, I wanted to share something simple that has genuinely helped me during stressful or busy days — paying attention to my breathing.
Most of us breathe quickly without noticing it, especially when we’re anxious, tired, or constantly multitasking. But slowing down for even a minute or two can make a real difference.
A few deep breaths can help calm the mind, reduce tension in the body, and improve focus. It’s one of those small habits that doesn’t cost anything but can quietly improve how we feel throughout the day.
One breathing exercise I’ve been trying lately is very simple:
Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold for 4 seconds. Then exhale slowly for 4 seconds.
That’s it.
